Check-in: from 2pm to 9pm. After 9pm we can organize Late check-ins which will have an additional cost ranging from €30 to €50 depending on the time.

We usually contact customers to get their arrival time.

At the time of registration, customers must show a valid identification document. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or have an authorization signed by them if accompanied by others.

Check-out: by 11am. Requests for late check-outs must be requested and approved by reception and will incur an additional cost ranging from €30 to €50 depending on the time.

Smoking: Smoking and fireplace are not permitted in the apartments. Smoking is only permitted in common areas and shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy. Cigarettes/butts must not be left in the gardens and common areas except in the designated ashtrays.

PARKING: Parking for guests is free and does not require a reservation. Although outdoors and unattended, the parking lots are still located inside the closed estate ..

Security: All guests are asked to follow standard on-site security procedures. No one outside of the initial registration will be allowed inside Castello del Duca without prior request. No barbecues are allowed without our explicit approval and the presence of our staff.  

KITCHENS: each apartment has fully equipped kitchens where you will find a welcome kit with milk, water, fruit juice, coffee capsules, tea, some biscuits, sugar etc. to start the day and basic oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to be able to cook.

Cleaning:The apartment is tidied up with bed linen and towels changed every three days between 11am and 1pm. Extra daily cleaning is on request and has an additional cost of €20 each.

Early departures : any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; If guests decide to leave before the scheduled date, the entire amount of the stay will have already been paid.

How far is the property from the centre of Rome?

The Ducal Castle is about 14km from the centre of Rome

How can I get to the city centre?

By car : continue along Via Salaria until Galleria Borghese.

By Train : take the train from Settebagni Station towards Roma Tiburtina (the train passes every 30 minutes on weekdays and every hour on holidays) and after arriving, take the metro B which is connected to the main stops (Colosseo, Piazza Cavour, Circo Massimo)

Is there a shuttle/taxi/Uber service?

• We regret to inform you that there is no shuttle service to the city or the airport, but the Concierge can book a transfer upon request using trusted companies.

Is there a swimming pool?

• The Castello del Duca hosts a panoramic swimming pool, on top of the highest hill of the estate, measuring 6 m x 12 m, the water height is 1.10 m.

• Since the height is less than 1.5 m, the presence of a lifeguard is not required. Children need an accompanying person

• Opening hours from 9:00 to 21:00 every day.

• It is not permitted to consume food or drinks inside the pool.

• Diving is absolutely forbidden

Can I bring my pet?

• Pets can be admitted upon explicit request and availability, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee for further damages, or extra cleaning that the animal may cause.
